<p>The invention refers to a disk brake that comprises a cleaner for mechanical cleaning of the braking surface of the disk by means of wipers made of metal or plastics. Brushes (6, 7) are pushed to a braking disk (8) by a spring (5). The spring (5) is mounted on two movable elbow cams (2) and pushes the elbow cams (2) against the surface of the braking disk (8). The cleaner of the braking disk (8) is mounted on a brake calliper by means of a holder (1). The cleaning brushes are mounted in front of brake pads in the direction of driving. The cleaning brushes clean off the braking disk before the brake pads come in contact with it to brake the vehicle.</p> |
