The apparatus has a triangular geometrical structure provided with beams made of alloy material or composite materials. Ultra gas balloons are embedded in closed spaces defined in an upper part of the structure. Passenger spaces (14) are provided at a bottom of a lower part of the structure. An angular surface of a front fuselage (7) allows installation of a hard coating material for protection of the apparatus and allows installation of solar panels. Opened conduits are interconnected to ends of the apparatus.
