A novel blend of white wine and red wine together with either one or more fruit juices or one or more vegetable juices in specific portions blended together as by stirring into a softer alcoholic beverage. The recipe calls for particular parts of white wine followed by one or more fruit juices, such as orange juice, followed by red wine, each ingredient preferably chilled and blending the same such as by stirring; optionally including water. An alternative beverage consists of the same recipe with a substitution of one or more vegetable juices for the one or more fruit juices.
