The device has a controllable kite (1) equipped with two cords (2) or prolonged control lines (3) for controlling respective groups of suspension devices. A bar (7) supports a rotor (5) to actuate a generator. The cords are placed at upstream and downstream of the bar by aligning posts (6') i.e. connectors, so to assure stabilized positioning of the bar and the rotor for reserving optimal orientation, where tension of the cords compensates the weight of an embarked material and aerodynamic constraints via the posts.
