PURPOSE: A non-woven fabric having dot pattern and a non-woven fabric manufacturing method are provided to have excellent thermal insulation and sound absorption, and to hold excellent thermal insulation power and restitution force due to lots of remaining air. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of non-woven fabric having dot pattern is as follows. A mixing process mixes ball fiber having various colors. A carding process cards the mixed ball fiber with various colors by using a carding machine. A lamination process spreads or laminates the ball fiber mixed by the mixing process with a constant thickness in a plate shape. The non-woven fabric is manufactured a needle punching process, which needle-punches and combines it after the lamination process. |
