PURPOSE: An electric shock preventing socket of apartment house is provided to previously prevent an electric shock accident by a socket enabling a plug to be protected by an insulating material and prevent the plug which is connected to the socket from being exposed to external side. CONSTITUTION: A socket main body(10) is installed to a wall body of an apartment house to provide an connecting unit for supplying comply power and has a projection unit which is fixed by a pine on both sides of an upper end of a surface. A plug(1) is connected to the socket main body along a longitudinal direction from one side of central end. A hole has the size which can pass through a cable(2). A first curve panel(21) has a curve to accept a plug inside and has a cylindrical body to rotate to a horizontal direction. A socket cover unit(20) is comprised of a horizontal panel to be rotatable by forming a space between the first curve panel and a socket main body(10). A projection(31-1) is inserted to be detachable with a through-hole formed in both sides of the first curve panel based on the hole. A second curve panel(31) forms a space with the first curve panel when the panel is combined with the first curve panel. A moving panel(32) is moved by a slide method along the space formed by the second curve panel. A hole-sealed unit seals residual part of the hole in a state that a cable of the plug is located on a hole.
