<p>The invention relates to a modular recirculating system for super-intensive fish breeding. The claimed system comprises some basins () for breeding juvenile fish and for breeding fish for consumption, respectively, some filters () retaining and removing the coarse impurities from water and discharging the filtered water into some basins (), some pumps () for circulating the filtered water, some installations () for sterilizing the water with UV rays, some biological filters () for removing the toxic nitrogen compounds from the water, some conduit networks () for discharging the water from the breeding basins (), some air compressors () provided with the related distribution conduit networks, some vessels () wherefrom oxygen is distributed to breeding basins () through a conduit network, a tank () with addition fresh water furnished by a supplying pump () and distributed through some conduits (), an automation installation () which ensures, by means of some level sensors () mounted in the basins (), the start-up and stop of the supplying pump (), and by means of other level sensors () mounted in the basins (), the supply with the addition water by opening an electrically-actuated valve (), the unclear water discharged periodically from the bottom of the breeding basins () being collected into a basin () wherefrom it is discharged by a pump (). The breeding basins () are separated into "n" independent modules (), each module having its own recirculating and water treating installation comprising the components () of the recirculating system so as to reduce the risk of contaminating the entire system, limiting the effects of possible failure of the installations for purifying and treating the water.</p> |
