<p>The subject of the invention are ribbed segmental flow deflectors made of straight or bent metal bar prisms (figure 4, 7) which must have two parallel faces (4b, c). The segments are fixed to the bottom of the cooling device for water cooling of a power stage (1) of an electronic control unit in order to direct the flow of the cooling medium between the bottom (2) of the plate and the cover (3). Thus they efficiently conduct off heat generated by power semiconductor elements within the power stage (1).</p> |
