The device (1) has a carriage (3) provided with a carry-tube rack that is placed in a removable way with respect to a surface to be cleaned, and a guiding section (6) utilized as a track to the carriage. A flexible pipe (5) supplies cleaning fluid to the rack. The guiding section has a longitudinal opening allowing fluid circulation from the flexible pipe towards the rack. Motorization units (8) cooperate with the flexible pipe to push or to withdraw the flexible pipe from the guiding section for displacing the carriage along the guiding section.
