<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector free from becoming bulky when wearing, and allowing to quickly arrange an airbag inflating along the outer peripheral side of a passenger on actuation. <P>SOLUTION: This protector P1 is formed to be put on the passenger D riding on a vehicle, and includes an airbag 49 inflating so as to cover the outer peripheral side of the passenger D by pouring inflation gas into the inside on actuation. The airbag 49 is folded and stored in a protector body 10 which the passenger wears, while including an upstream inflation part 51, and a downstream inflation part 60 which inflates with the tip end side as a free end. The airbag 49 bends the vicinity of a boundary part between the upstream inflation part 51 and the downstream inflation part 60 on completion of the inflation, and inflates the tip end side of the downstream inflation part 60 to be projected from the protector body 10 when developing. The airbag 49 has a swing-regulating means for regulating swinging of the tip end side of the downstream inflation part 60 when developing and inflating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
