PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the power by efficiently blocking the power supply to each apparatus without causing any trouble to users. SOLUTION: An elevator control device 11 includes a table 52a in which the time required for the restoration after blocking the power to each apparatus forms the condition and is classified into a plurality of groups, a service status detection unit 51a for detecting the service status of an elevator, and a power supply control unit 51b which refers to the table 52a when the elevator is not in service, and blocks the power supply to each apparatus by the group step by step except apparatuses to be set as objects not to be blocked in advance.
