<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that debugs a program even during sleep mode, and to provide a method for controlling power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 1 operates in either debug mode for debugging a program or non-debug mode in which debugging is not performed. The semiconductor integrated circuit 1 includes an operation circuit 20 that enters sleep mode for stopping the operation of the circuit, in one of the above modes. Further, when the sleep mode is entered, the semiconductor integrated circuit 1 includes a power supply control part 3 which stops power supply to the operation circuit 20 if the operation circuit 20 is in the non-debug mode, and executes power supply to the operation circuit 20 if the operation circuit 20 is in the debug mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
