<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that mist of oil or the like collected by an electrostatic precipitator agglomerates in dust collecting electrodes to become droplets accumulating in the precipitator which are necessary to remove by periodically opening and closing the precipitator. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an electrostatic precipitator, wherein droplets accumulating on the surface of an electrode plate 2 reach a lower hem 3 by inclining the lower hem 3 of the electrode plate 2 of a dust collector 1, then the droplets flow along with the lower hem 3, and the droplets are collected at one narrow down position so as to facilitate removing the collected droplets without opening and closing the dust collector 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
