<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-insulated switchgear in which the frictional force and the quantity of abrasion in a sliding part are small and which can continue this state that the frictional force and the quantity of abrasion are small for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The container of the bus integrated disconnector 27 of a gas-insulated switchgear 10 is charged with an insulating gas, and it is provided with a movable side contact part 31, a fixed side contact part 32, and a movable contact 33 so as to constitute a disconnector part 30. Moreover, a hard carbon film 50 is formed at the periphery of the movable contact 33, excluding a section which contacts with the contact terminal 32a of the fixed side contact part 32 in a state that the movable contact 33 is inserted into the fixed side contact part 32 and thereby both are electrically connected witch each other, and a section which contacts with the contact terminal 31a of the movable side contact part 31 in a state that both are electrically shut off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
