PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the delay of data when multiplexing input data of a plurality of systems and simultaneously inputting the data from a video port. SOLUTION: One frame of an inputted video of each system is interleaved for each line, inserted to a multiplexed video frame being a video frame with a larger screen size, and multiplexed so as to be transmitted as data of the multiplexed video frame. Audio data of each system is divided for each sample inputted within a time corresponding to one frame period of the multiplexed video frame, and multiplexed by using the multiplexed video frame. The insertion of data to the multiplexed video frame is performed as a form of lower aligning. The data of the multiplexed video frame with the data multiplexed therein is inputted from the video port to a processor 43.
