PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device in which vibration characteristics of a piezoelectric vibration chip are improved. SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator 1 includes: a crystal vibration chip 10 which has a vibration part 11 and a base 12 connected to the vibration part 11; and a package 20 which stores the crystal vibration chip 10 where the crystal vibration chip 10 has a projection 13 which projects from the base 12 to the thickness direction of the vibration part 11, lead-out electrodes 16a, 17a led out from the vibration part 11 are formed on side surfaces of the projection 13, a pair of elastic resin projections 30, 31 on the surfaces of which conductive films 32, 33 are formed are provided on the inner bottom surface 23 which supports the crystal vibration chip 10 of the package 20, the projection 13 is held by the pair of resin projections 30, 31, thereby the crystal vibration chip 10 is supported by the inner bottom surface 23, and the lead-out electrodes 16a, 17a and the conductive films 32, 33 contact with each other at a pressed state.
