PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printer equipped with a plate removing device hardly causing a plate removing error of a master even if left for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A plate removing roller upper 17 and a plate removing roller lower 18 are disposed facing a plate cylinder 1, and the plate removing roller upper 17 can abut on the surface of the plate cylinder 1. Both ends of the plate removing roller upper 17 are provided with release assisting rollers 17a made of elastic bodies. The release assisting rollers 17a are provided in positions facing the master 8 covering the plate cylinder 1 and in positions corresponding to non-opening parts 1b of the plate cylinder 1, that is, the release assisting rollers 17a are disposed in a region with no sticking ink inside the master 8 in the plate removal of the used master 8.
