PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measuring device capable of obtaining reflected light of uniform intensity even when there is a minute variation in face angle on the surface of an object to be measured. SOLUTION: A laser device 11 is provided on one side with respect to an object to be measured 2, and a camera 12 is provided on the other side. An image processor 13 is connected to the camera 12. A lenticular lens 71 is arranged at a position between the laser device 11 and the object to be measured 2, and the object to be measured 2 is irradiated with a laser line light 23 transmitted through the lenticular lens 71. The lenticular lens 71 is composed of a flat plate 81 and a cylindrical lens array 82, and the cylindrical lens array 82 is composed of a plurality of cylindrical lens sections 83. Each of the cylindrical lens sections 83 is formed in the shape of a semicircular column, and its peripheral face is composed of a plane part 84 and a curved part 85. The plane part 84 is fixed to and in contact with the flat plate 81, and the cylindrical lens sections 83 are arranged closely in parallel in the width direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
