PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a conventional raincoat for wheelchair is not attachable and detachable without receiving help from other people, and brings a risk such that a coat twins around a wheel when driving by oneself. SOLUTION: This raincoat is so designed that a hood/front body are attached to a cape to unite, and a user wears the front body/cape in a sitting state and brings down a front body part to the ankle to fasten to the pipe of a wheelchair. When driving by oneself, a user attaches and detaches the raincoat alone and inhibits twining around a wheel. When receiving caring, it is easy to attach and detach while sitting on a wheelchair, and a caregiver easily transfers alone, decreasing manpower of putting up an umbrella.
