PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid temperature control device which adjusts the temperature of liquid used for a machine without substantial fluctuation. SOLUTION: The liquid temperature control device 15 controlling the temperature of the liquid circulating through a working machine 1 to a desired value includes a capacitor liquefying the refrigerant of a refrigerator 35 by heat exchanging through convection with air and lowering the temperature of the refrigerant, a heat exchanger 25 exchanging heat between the liquid divided from the adjusted liquid output from the liquid temperature control device 15 and the air taken in and generating cooled air, and an air-cooling device blowing the cooled air delivered from the heat exchanger 25 to the periphery of the capacitor and cooling the refrigerant.
