PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-fit device capable of more accurately press-fitting when press-fit members with variation in outline are handled. SOLUTION: In the press-fit device including a press-fit member holding mechanism 10 for holding a press-fit member, the press-fit member holding mechanism 10 includes a holding member 20 for holding the press-fit member and a pressurizing member 30 for pressurizing the press-fit member in contact with a pressurized surface of the press-fit member.
