PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footwear and an insole which are provided with the function of prompting an act of an user applying the body weight on the appropriate parts of the sole so that the user can stand upright in a more natural state. SOLUTION: The footwear and the insole are formed in a way that a place 1 of a surface where the sole comes into contact outside of the body of the user, except for a position where the heel and the base of the little finger come into contact, is dented compared with the surrounding surface to the extent that it is not cut off or the sole does not come in contact.
