PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for setting a communication parameter for performing communication with an access point different from an another radio communication device by communicating with the other radio communication device by operating the other radio communication device by a user. SOLUTION: In this radio communication device, when another radio communication device different from an access point in which an operation for ordering the start of a communication parameter setting process is performed, is detected in a predetermined period after the operation for ordering the start of the communication parameter setting process for performing communication with the access point, communication of the communication parameter for performing communication with the access point is performed using a radio communication means with the other radio communication device; when the communication parameter is subjected to communication, the communication with the other radio communication device is disconnected, and the communication parameter subjected to communication with the other radio communication device is set in the radio communication means.
