Systems and Methods for Independent Setting of Cell Change Network Control Mode and Notification of Cell Change Mode for Uncontrolled Cells are provided. In some cases, separate behaviour is specified for mobile stations in respect of uncontrolled cells. In some cases, behaviour is signalled by the signalling used for normal cells, but different meaning is attributed to the signalling. In some cases, at least one further criterion is combined with the signalling for controlled cells to determine the behaviour for controlled cells. In some cases, additional signalling is employed. |
