PURPOSE: An injector for picking a cellular tissue of thyroid gland is provided to safely collect the cellular tissue of the thyroid gland by one hand by forming a negative pressure within a syringe. CONSTITUTION: A tip-end part of a syringe body(12) is connected through a connecting valve(13) to an injection needle(11) for picking the thyroid gland. A molding unit(16) for reinforcing a robust support force is formed at a connection part between the syringe body and the connecting valve. A stopper member(20), coupled to a rear knob in the syringe body, sets a position of a piston rod moving back and forth within the syringe body. A stopper hooking recess(14a), formed in a body of the piston rod, hooks and fixes the stopper member.
