PURPOSE: An electrode for a negative electrode terminal resin-weldable battery and a method for manufacture the same are provided to improve productivity and quality by coupling a fixing plate to a negative electrode terminal to enable the insulation. CONSTITUTION: An electrode for a negative electrode terminal resin-weldable battery includes a fixing plate, a negative electrode terminal(30) and a fixture(40). The fixing plate is made of conductive materials and forms a slit at one end thereof. The negative electrode terminal protrudes to the outside of the fixing plate by being inserted to the slit. The fixture fills the gap between the negative electrode terminal and the fixing plate. The fixture is one of an insert injection type fixture(40a) and a compressive fixture.
