<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal device capable of maximally utilizing an obtained heat amount without using heat obtained by incineration or gasification/melting of waste as a heat source of a combustion assist gas heating device. <P>SOLUTION: The waste disposal device includes a waste disposal furnace 1 for incinerating or gasifying/melting the waste.
