<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam reforming device with a separated CO conversion unit in which a cost increase problem, or the like, is solved. <P>SOLUTION: The steam reforming device is constituted of a cylindrical steam reforming device integrated with a CO removing unit and a CO conversion unit arranged separately. (A) the integrated cylindrical steam reforming device and the CO-removing unit are provided with a plurality of cylindrical bodies constituted of a first cylindrical body 1; a second cylindrical body 2; a third cylindrical body 3; and a fourth cylindrical body 40 each having gradually larger diameter arranged concentric at intervals, and a reforming catalyst layer is arranged in a lower gap out of gaps divided by the first cylindrical body and the second cylindrical body in a circumferential direction. A CO-removing catalyst layer is arranged between the second cylindrical body and the fourth cylindrical body, and (B) the CO conversion unit has a CO conversion catalyst layer in a cylindrical container, (C) while a reforming gas having passed through the gas between the second cylindrical body and the third cylindrical body is supplied to the CO conversion catalyst layer of the cylindrical container, the reforming gas having obtained CO conversion in the CO conversion catalyst layer is supplied to the CO-removing catalyst layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
