<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear synchronous motor that prevents circumferential movement of a magnetic pole face configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An intermediate annular magnetic pole 37 is composed of a magnetic-pole body and a magnetic pole face configuration 63 mounted to the magnetic-pole body so as to have a magnetic pole face. The magnetic pole face configuration 63 is composed by bending a belt-like magnetic plate into a ring shape in which both ends in the longitudinal direction of the belt-like magnetic plate face each other and a separation part is formed between both ends. The magnetic pole face configuration 63 is fitted to the magnetic-pole body by utilizing a force in a direction expanding the interval between both ends constituting the separation part. The axial dimension of the magnetic pole face configuration 63 is set larger than that of the magnetic-pole body. In the magnetic-pole body, a plurality of parts to be mounted, to which the magnetic pole face configuration 63 is mounted, are spaced at an interval in the circumferential direction of the magnetic-pole body, and in the magnetic pole face configuration 63, a plurality of mounting parts are mounted to the plurality of parts to be mounted. When the magnetic pole face configuration 63 is fitted to the magnetic-pole body, the plurality of parts to be mounted and the plurality of mounting parts are respectively fitted to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
