PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle securing the capacity of an air cleaner and arranging an electric type throttle valve, etc. in a compact manner. SOLUTION: The saddle-riding type vehicle includes an internal combustion engine 13, the air cleaner 17, which are mounted to a main frame 3, an intake passage 19 bringing the air cleaner 17 in communication with the internal combustion engine 13 and letting air flow from the air cleaner 17 into the internal combustion engine 13, the throttle valve 201 provided in the intake passage 19, opened and closed for regulating the flow rate of air flowing through the intake flow passage 19, and a motor 220 opening and closing the throttle valve 201. The main frame 3 is arranged on the center line CL in the vehicle width direction as viewed from above. The air cleaner 17 is biased to one side with respect to the center line CL in the vehicle width direction. The throttle valve 201 and the motor 220 are arranged at least partially at positions which are in the other side region R2 on the other side with respect to the center line CL in the vehicle width direction and overlaps with the air cleaner 17 in the vehicle width direction.
