PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and efficiently execute inspection and treatment of a subject P while using automatically positioning function in an X-ray image diagnostic device. SOLUTION: The X-ray image diagnostic device includes a registering section 61 for registering the needed positional coordinate of a C arm, a locus face calculating section 65 calculating the locus face in which the slide locus of the C arm to the registered positional coordinate is projected to a floor face, a presentation surface calculating section 66 calculating a presentation surface corresponding to the locus face, and an irradiation control section 67 commanding a laser light source 33 to irradiate the presentation surface.
