PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current lock circuit for locking the currents of different current sources. SOLUTION: A current lock circuit 1 is provided with a current comparison circuit 10 for comparing a current value Iref of reference current with the current value Iout2 of adjustment object current as current to be adjusted to generate a control signal so that the current value Iout2 of the adjustment object current can be set to be the prescribed times as large as the current value Iref of the reference current; and a charge pump circuit 50 and a V/I converter 60 for adjusting the current value Iout2 of the adjustment object currents on the basis of control signals LIMIT_TOP, LIMIT_BTM generated by the current comparison circuit 10.
