PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid generation of an abnormal sound by restraining vibration of a grating member, and improving air-conditioning performance by reducing ventilation resistance when introducing outside air, when arranging the grating member for covering an outside air introducing port. SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner 1 includes an intake box 11 forming the outside air introducing port 24 for introducing air outside of a cabin and an inside air introducing port 40 for introducing air in the cabin. The intake box 11 is provided with the grating member 50 for covering the outside air introducing port 24.
