PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replenishing apparatus for a medicine used during surgery which is capable of automatically picking a used medicine and automatically replenishing it to a tray. SOLUTION: The medicine replenishment system includes: replenishment information storage means configured to store at least the information of, quantity of, and storage area for the medicine to be replenished into the medicine tray 10; and medicine replenishment means for replenishing the replenished medicine stored in the replenishment information storage means in the storage area of the medicine tray 10 specified by the replenishment information storage means from a replenishment tray 11 by the quantity stored in the storage means.
