PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering an agricultural covering material which prevents an agricultural mulching sheet from being bent at its end or being unevenly wound when recovering the agricultural mulching sheet, and thereby enables reuse of the agricultural mulching sheet. SOLUTION: The apparatus for recovering an agricultural covering material 10 recovers an agricultural covering material S placed on a farm field. The apparatus includes a clamp 7 into the opening part of which the agricultural covering material S is put to be tilted down, a rotary shaft 3 which transmits drive, winds/recovers the agricultural covering material S and is detachably connected to a driving shaft 2a directly joined to a rotary operation handle 1, and a projecting part 5a which is pushed by the end of a driving cum 4 fixed to a driving shaft 2b to which the other end of the rotary shaft 3 is connected, and a driving arm 5 attached to a frame 10a on a shaft 5d at the other end is provided with a driving cable 6 opening/closing the opening part of the clamp 7 and pulling the clamp backward, and a tilting-down cable 8 tilting down the clamp 7.
