<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for whisking tea which simultaneously supplies tea having fine foams to a large number of persons and produces a pattern when a tea cup is emptied. <P>SOLUTION: The method for whisking tea includes quickly whisking hot water containing 15-25 wt.% of powdered green tea with a whipper at a speed of 35-100 cm/s, then slowly whisking the hot water at a speed of 10-35 cm/s and further whisking the surface layer at a speed of 5-10 cm/s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
