<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid having a structure that can be easily and effectively assembled without using a jig and maintain the assembled state more surely. <P>SOLUTION: A holding tube part 14 is inserted in the opening part 34 of a first pinching plate part 32, and a second pinching plate part 33 is positioned between a first holding plate part 15 and a second holding plate part 16. Between the first pinching plate part 32 and the second pinching plate part 33, a winding core part 11, a first flange part 12, and a second flange part 13 are placed. By inserting a permanent magnet 48 and a base 45 between the second flange part 13 and the second pinching plate part 33, assembly can be easily done only by manual operation. Even when an impact is applied from the outside, projecting parts 17 and 18 of a coil bobbin 10 are engaged in notched parts 47a and 47b to prevent the separation of the base 45. Moreover, the permanent magnet 48 is in contact with the base 45 and the second pinching plate part 33 and an attractive force is exerted between the base 45 and the second pinching plate part 33 by the permanent magnet 48, so that the permanent magnet 48 is not separated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
