PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing the efficiency of an elevator facility or improving the ride comfort of users, even in the middle of modernization of elevator installation; and to provide a computer program product. SOLUTION: A destination call control device (3) includes floor terminal devices (31, 31' and 31") for the input of destination call reports or for the recognition of identification codes of users. The destination call control device (3) includes a computing unit (30) for evaluating the destination call report or for association of destination floors with the recognized identification code. The computing unit (30) issues a destination signal. The destination call control device (3) controls an elevator installation (1) through devices (36 and 36'). The devices (36 and 36') read the destination signal, and convert it into a call report, and controls existing elevator control devices (14 and 14') based on the call report.
