PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a repeat offender who repeats counting of picked-up balls and tokens, so as to promptly cope with a fraudulent action. SOLUTION: When the number of balls put in by a counting person is less than a predetermined number, a counting machine 100 takes an image of the counting person with a camera 102 and sends the taken image to a hall computer 200. The hall computer 200 compares the image sent from the counting machine 100 with images of the repeat offenders of counting the picked-up balls and determines whether there is an image of the repeat offenders to agree with the taken image. Then, the hall computer 200 sends the verified result showing the presence or absence of the agreed image to a prize management device 300. When the player bringing a receipt is the repeat offender of counting the picked-up ball, the prize management device 300 displays a warning accordingly for informing a clerk in charge of the prize management device 300.
