PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly strong and highly stable coating film which can be manufactured in a no VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) production state, causes no thermal deformation on a substrate when performing powder coating of powder of the resin substrate added with metal fine particles by plasma spraying, in forming a metallic coating film on the resin substrate like an ABS resin with a low softening point. SOLUTION: A film of a cooling material having high evaporation latent heat, in particular, a VOC-less pure water film from a view point of environmental load reduction, is manufactured on a substrate surface in advance, in the film thickness range of 100-500μm, and the powder is plasma-sprayed onto the surface of the substrate. As the base resin of the powder, the material having a flow tester softening point of 50-90°C is preferable. The temperature of plasma (torch) for charging the powder is preferably higher than the melting point and lower than the decomposition point of the powder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
