PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing the pinball hammer of a game machine which is excellent in the stability of a ball flying direction, durability, and a buffer nature. SOLUTION: A hammer point part 5, which has a pinball surface 51 in a fixed direction, is formed at a predetermined position by end-facing the tip surface of a hammer point part material 6 made of a synthetic resins which is mounted on the hammer point pin 3 of the pinball hammer body 1 into a flat surface. A hammer point part material 6 makes the rotary shaft P of a machine tool hold the pinball hammer body 1, which is mounted on the hammer point pin 3, and makes this rotary shaft P rotate and thereby the tip surface 61 of the hammer point part material 6 can be end-faced into the flat surface by a tool. Moreover, after the hammer point pin 3 is formed in the pinball hammer body 1 by cutting processing by making the rotary shaft P of the machine tool hold the pinball hammer body 1, the hammer point part material 6 can be mounted on this hammer point pin 3.
