The invention relates to a blade with a variable profile and shape, having a section (11) made of a flexible material, the inside of which has two parallel recesses (13) that run the entire length of the blade (1) and contain rods (2), 5 which, upon twisting, change the shape of the blade (1) and therefore, the aerodynamic characteristics thereof. Said blade can function as a variable pitch blade for propellers and can be put in a feathered position; as a full wing, half wing or aileron of variable profile and shape, causing a flexion in the area closest to the trailing and/or leading edge thereof toward the intrados or extrados of the blade; or by means of diagonal flexion at the intermediate part or farthest end thereof, toward the intrados and/or extrados; or by multiple and combined configurations of a plurality of rods, achieving different warp movements of the blades.
