<p>Provided is a rotary electric device that achieves high power and high efficiency by balancing the inductance in each phase of three-phase windings, even when using a stator in which a plurality of stator windings each belonging to a different phase are disposed in each slot of the stator core. The disclosed rotary electric device has a stator (5) including: a stator core (6) having a plurality of slots that are formed in the inner circumferential surface thereof and that are arranged in the circumferential direction; and stator windings (7) wound in the slots. The stator windings (7) in the respective phases are divided at least into two groups (7U-A, 7U-B; 7V-A, 7V-B; 7W-A, 7W-B), and after insertion into the stator core (6), the stator windings that belong to the same phase are connected together in parallel or in series. The stator windings that belong to the respective phases are arranged in the slots in a manner such that the combined inductance in each phase is equalized among the phases.</p> |
