PURPOSE: A human body acoustic transmission apparatus is provided to get stereophonic sound effect without making an ambient noise. CONSTITUTION: A processing unit(110) processes an acoustic signal, an acoustic high frequency and a second high frequency signal of an audible frequency that wants to a transmit band included. The acoustic signal is combined with a first radio frequency signal at the acoustic high frequency signal. A transmit unit(120) is provided with the combining signal of a second high frequency signal and an acoustic high frequency signal from a cell processing. The transmit unit transmits a combining signal by using a human body as a medium.
