PURPOSE: Foaming synthetic resin panel and coldness keeping panel, and a packing box using thereof are provided to remarkably reduce the transporting and storage volume. CONSTITUTION: A foaming synthetic resin panel includes a surface layer, a first panel unit, and a second panel unit. A coldness keeping panel includes a cold insulator, and an absorber. The surface layer(110) is formed with a bag or a film for vacuum-sealing and receiving a panel unit(100). The first panel unit(102) includes a concavo-convex unit on the surface contacting the second panel unit. The cold insulator(120) includes an ice pack for offering cool air. The absorber absorbs a liquid coolant.
