PURPOSE: A power generator using fluid, flowing in pipeline, and a generating device using the same are provided to improve the efficiency of the power by mechanically converting fluid flux and fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION: A power generator using fluid comprises a pipeline, a rotation device, and a rotator(610). The pipeline is classified into a front pipeline(510), a rotation device installation unit(520), and a rearward pipeline(530). The rotation device is installed within the pipeline. The rotation device comprises a plurality of rotators which is arranged in the pipeline direction with facing to the pipeline direction. The rotator comprises a disk and a pin. The pin moves according the airflow flowing along the pipeline direction in order to rotate the rotator.
