<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a daylighting heat insulating material, which surely forms a linear resin-made spacer and is manufactured at a high yield rate. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing device 1 is for the daylighting heat insulating material 2 equipped with a plurality of translucent sheet 2a laminated through a plurality of resin-made spacers 2b formed in parallel to each other. The manufacturing device 1 includes a sheet supply mechanism 31 for supplying the translucent sheet 2a, a table 10 having the translucent sheet 2a fixed thereto, a discharge mechanism 33 for forming the resin-made spacer 2b by discharging a molten resin 33c with respect to the translucent sheet 2a, and a neutralization mechanism 39. The neutralization mechanism 39 is the mechanism for electrically neutralizing the translucent sheet 2a before the molten resin 33c discharged from the discharge mechanism 33 comes into contact with the translucent sheet 2a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
