<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air conditioner capable of easily confirming a state where a factor which is likely to cause a communication abnormality lurks by a simple circuit etc. and of promoting corrective measures. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes: indoor system transmission lines 400 each interconnecting an outdoor unit 100 and one or a plurality of indoor units 200 so as to enable communications; and a centralized system transmission line 500 interconnecting the plurality of outdoor units 100 so as to enable communications. The outdoor unit 100 confirms presence of addresses set in the indoor units 200 connected via the indoor system transmission line 400, exchanges data on the addresses of the indoor units 200 with the other outdoor unit 100 connected via the centralized system transmission line 500, and transmits a signal of the data of the addresses related to the exchange to the indoor units 200 connected via the indoor system transmission line 400. The indoor unit 200 performs communications with the other indoor units 200 to determine failure or success of the communications while relay of a signal between the indoor system transmission line 400 and the centralized system transmission line 500 is permitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
