PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device for discharging air-bubble-containing water mixed with air, capable of enhancing satisfaction in washing feeling even when less quantity of water is supplied. SOLUTION: A regional washing device WA which is a water discharge device includes an air-mixing chamber 16 arranged between a throttle part 14 and a discharge hole 18, and is provided with an opening 20 which introduces air to the air-mixing chamber 16. The air-mixing chamber 16 is structured so that the air introduced from the opening 20 is mixed with the water inside to make the air-bubble-containing water, and that the air-bubble-containing water and the water injected from the throttle part 14 and directly passing through the discharge hole 18 are joined together to be discharged from the discharging hole 18.
