PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module which is easily assembled and can suppress intrusion of dust and employ a reflow process. SOLUTION: A camera module includes a lens holder 11, an optical lens 15, an optical filter 16, an adhesive 27, and a solid-state imaging apparatus 6. The lens holder 11 includes: an inner wall surrounding an optical axis 8 separated inside; an outer wall which is opposed to the inner wall and brought into contact with external air; and a groove portion 19 which is disposed on a connection bottom face 12 vertical to the optical axis 8 on a side opposite from a subject, and communicated from an inner wall side to an outer wall side, and has an angular portion where a groove side face crosses in a V shape, continuously in a communication direction. The optical lens 15 is disposed along the optical axis 8 on a subject side and air-tightly fixed on the inner wall of the lens holder 11. The optical filter 16 is disposed along the optical axis 8 and on a side closer to the connection bottom face 12 and fixed on the inner wall without blocking a ventilation path 14 formed on the inner wall of the lens holder 11. The adhesive 27 is band-shaped being closed around the optical axis 8 and is disposed in the angular portions of the groove portion 19 while maintaining a ventilation-enabled gap 31. The solid-state imaging apparatus 6 has a solid-state imaging device 23 opposed to the optical axis 8 vertically in a subject direction, and is air-tightly fixed by the adhesive 27.
